Isabelle de Muyser-Boucher, UN/OCHA, and Tom Corsellis and Antonella Vitale, Shelter Centre, launched and distributed the guidelines Transitional Settlement and Reconstruction after Natural Disasters. Isabelle de Muyser-Boucher gave an overview of the history and the peer review process for this Field Edition. Feedback options were outlined, which include a questionnaire provided with the hard copy, as well as an electronic survey available online. Users were encouraged to disseminate, distribute and field test the guidelines, and to provide as much feedback as possible. Feedback will be incorporated into the final draft to be launched at the second Shelter Meeting in 2009. An overview of the content and accompanying CD-ROM was provided. Participants queried if translations in French and Spanish of the guidelines were going to be made available.
