We will always put in its just value the incommensurate help sent by the European Union and solicited by most sub-Saharan African countries. So, this resource came to reinforce these pathways by treating the roots of the recurrent social and other potential problems that many African countries are facing. It is about the Social Protection aspect of the European help which needs to take into account, in a long term, for poverty alleviation and humanitarian development, at the same time. The report is from a special team of a European Union commission called “MOBILISATION DE LA RECHERCHE EUROPÉENNE POUR LES POLITIQUES DE DÉVELOPPEMENT”. The resource is also in French.
