This assessment aims at determining the nature of shelter needs in the areas of return in Borno State. It finds out as well the type of accommodation and housing, the level of damage of the houses, the demographic profile of the affected population, the access to water and sanitation facilities, the conditions of the markets and, finally, the capacity of the affected population for self-help and recovery.
