This standars are composed of three sections: on the selection of the type of wall; on the design of retaining wall and on the construction of dry stone walls. Such standards underlines how building a retaining wall may be effectively utilized to tackle the problem of landslide in hill area by stabilizing the fill slopes and cut slopes.
