A HUMANITARIAN CALL The ASEAN Response to Cyclone Nargis

As news spread that the Cyclone had flattened entire villages, killing or injuring hundreds of thousands of people, ASEAN wish to share this publication within and across the region what ASEAN have gained from their experience carrying out ASEAN's first-ever large-scale humanitarian operation in a Member State.
ASEAN hope that their lessons will be of service to others and our best practices replicated in the event of future disasters. This book contains eight chapters:
