Under the Act of Parliament of town and city planning B. E. 2518 and furthered amended B. E. 2535, the Minister of Ministry of Interior had approved the Ministerial Regulation of Bangkok Principle City Plan which objects to use as the developed guideline of Bangkok. Bangkok aims to be a healthy city which need to have enough and standard infrastructures, good transportation system, cultural promoting, economic and administrative center so that the city planning is one of keys to reach this aims. This Ministerial Regulations is valid for 5 years started from the 5th April B. E. 2549.
