This document describes a project to improve the living conditions of formerly displaced people who had already returned to their war-damaged homes. The project also encouraged others to return. Basic repairs to housing were carried out in seven villages near the town of Horadiz. The planning, activities, technical details of repairs, costs, and site maps are provided. Water supply and sanitation aspects are also detailed.
