This assessment focuses on disputes over housing, engendered by returnees or individuals displaced for a second time. The purpose of this assessment is to support NRC in advancing the HLP rights of displaced women and vulnerable groups in the states of Borno and Adamawa (Nigeria) through the implementation of relevant, effective and sustainable programming interventions around dispute resolution processes.
