Qatar Charity releases 22nd issue of ‘Ghiras’ magazine in a new look

The twenty-second issue of the ‘Ghiras’ magazine, which is published by Qatar Charity in Arabic and English, has come out in a new look with a new developmental leap in the graphic layout and content.The issue has brought many articles penned by prominent writers, interviews with significant figures, book reviews, success stories, and reports on Qatar Charity’s humanitarian activities worldwide.This issue included an interview Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) on the efforts of the NHRC in promoting human rights in Qatar educationally and legally, the integration of its efforts with that of charitable institutions to preserve human dignity, especially during crises, and the international community’s trust enjoyed by the Qatari humanitarian organizations.The issue also has reports on the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and on Qatar Charity’s efforts locally and globally in the fight against the pandemic, in addition to a success story on ‘how an auto-rickshaw brings back a dignified life to a family of six in Mirpur’, and the robot project to advance education in PalestineBesides, the issue includes an interview with the CEO of Qatar Charity, Youssef bin Ahmed Al-Kuwari on the 2024-2020 strategy to enhance the global presence of Qatar Charity, and its plans to strengthen its international partnerships and open its field offices across the world.
